Work will commence on the project once written confirmation has been received from you. This will form a legally binding contract and you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Copyright of all scripts and designs will remain the property of Prink Media Ltd unless a specific agreement is made.
You will be required to pay an invoice of 40% of the total owed at the start of the project. This will be subject to 14 days of receipt of invoice. The final payment must be made on completion of the project within 28 days of receipt of invoice. Late payments may incur an interest charge.
Any content, imagery or text articles supplied by you must be free of copyright infringement. Any content provided by us is subject to your approval.
Although we at Prink Media are generally a 'live and let live' kind of team, there is one particular subject which makes us come over all nasty and litigious.
Here at Prink Towers we don't believe imitation is the most sincere form of flattery... Any company that infringes our copyright will be contacted not just by the Man in Black but also by his team of highly competent lawyers.
